I am Derya, founder of MAVI BEAUTY.

Hair has been my greatest passion since I was young. I have delved deeply into natural hair care, oils, and rituals, trying out countless methods over the years. Many people admired my hair—long, strong, and healthy. For me, that was never a coincidence, but rather the result of knowledge, patience, and consistent care.

The real inspiration came from my mother. She had beautiful, thick, shiny hair, so long that it reached below her waist. Her secret was the traditional hair oiling she learned from her parents. In the Anatolian region, it was common for mothers to regularly oil their daughters' hair. It was a symbol of care, purity, and femininity. A ritual that has connected people worldwide for centuries, from India to Morocco to Japan.

However, after several pregnancies, she had less and less time for herself. Over time, she also lost her hair. Hormonal changes, stress, and a lack of self-care caused her once-strong hair to become thin and brittle.

For me, this was the pivotal moment. I realized that beauty is not a question of genetics, but a question of care. And that everything begins at the scalp. For our skin, we have cleansers, serums, and creams. For the scalp, we have shampoo. Yet, that is exactly where every single hair is born.

From this thought, MAVI BEAUTY was born.

I didn't want to make just another hair oil; I wanted to create a scalp ritual. Something that starts where hair really originates. Twelve cold-pressed organic oils, undiluted, with no water and no fillers. And as the first company in Germany, we blend every elixir fresh as soon as an order is received. No product sits pre-made in a warehouse, where the oils would lose their potency over months.

Tradition meets science. The ritual is centuries old, the formula is dermatologically tested, and it is manufactured in Germany.

Every decision, every formula, every design bears my personal touch.

MAVI BEAUTY is my passion project. I want to remind people that self-care is not an afterthought, but the beginning of everything. That it is never too late to start. And that with your hair, you also regain a piece of your self-confidence.
